What This Is
This is not a course. There are no modules, no homework, and no hand-holding for people who aren't ready to act.
This is a closed group of up to five operators who are actively doing property deals, or are ready to start immediately, working together in structured bi-weekly sessions to accelerate what's already in motion.
Sessions run for two hours, every two weeks. The format is built around your deals, your decisions, and your outcomes, not generic frameworks or theory you've already heard.
Places are limited to five. Once the group is formed, it is closed. There will be a structured interview process before any offer is made.
This Is For You If
- You have a minimum of £250,000 available to deploy into property, whether through your own capital, investor finance, or structured deal funding
- You are an experienced business owner (5+ years trading) or have already completed property transactions and know the process
- You make decisions and move. You are not at the research stage.
- You want access to deal flow, finance structures, and strategic support, not motivation or theory
- You are comfortable operating in a small group environment where you are expected to contribute, not just consume
